Abstract
Nursing industry faces serious talent loss caused by weak professional identity among interns. Most domestic research focuses on K12 teachers rather than nursing students. Based on work adjustment theory, this paper conducts a full sample survey of 200 nursing interns, uses nonparametric tests to analyze demographic factors affecting occupational identity and puts forward vocational education intervention suggestions.
