Abstract
Competency-based medical education has become the mainstream reform direction of medical colleges, yet a prominent separation exists between classroom theory and clinical practice in domestic medical training. Most existing research only tests single influencing factors without multi-dimensional demographic analysis. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper conducts questionnaire surveys on 312 medical students and uses SPSS correlation analysis to explore demographic factors affecting academic and clinical ability, putting forward integrated teaching optimization suggestions.
